CX Benchmark & Improvement
ManagingCX was engaged to complete a Benchmarking exercise that provided a view on the CX performance of twenty water utility companies across Australia and the United Kingdom. The benchmark provided input into the development of a detailed report that the business planned to use to identify improvement initiatives.
