A CXPA Event
Be part of the first city in the world to welcome global CX Day across 70 countries.
Join us this year on 6 October as we celebrate CX professionals.
We start the morning with a Traditional Welcome to Country Ceremony conducted by a traditional owner of the Wurundjeri Land.
Followed by a panel of Australia’s top performing Universitiess; Monash University and Melbourne’s most esteemed grammar schools’ experts talking all things ‘student experience’. We will also take a chance to reflect on 2020, hear about Leading with Empathy and how the Salvo’s served their community during a crisis.
All ticket proceeds will be donated to the Salvation Army (additional donations can be made during the event with great prizes to be won)
